Position Overview:

The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. As a key member of the sales team, you will focus on prospecting, outreach, and initial customer engagement. This role provides a strong foundation for growth within the sales field, with opportunities for advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Outbound Calls/Emails: Make outbound calls and send emails to introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and presenting solutions that align with their goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits and answer client questions.
  • Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct product demos or meetings with prospective clients to showcase offerings and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the senior sales team to help close deals, provide additional information, and follow up with leads.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets through consistent prospecting and closing new business.
  • CRM Management: Track all interactions with prospects and clients in the company’s CRM system to maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
    • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and succeed in sales.
    • Comfortable with using sales tools and CRM systems.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
