At KMP Corp, we are dedicated to providing excellent services to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within our company. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This is a customer-facing role that plays a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.


Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing all front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support to staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the correct department, and take messages as necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments and meetings, including scheduling, confirming, and organizing meeting rooms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for visitors, staff, and vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the office.
  • Office Organization: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information into company systems as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., phones, computers, fax machines).
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude under pressure.
