Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate documentation and data tracking in support of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
- Administering timely and accurate input of congressionally mandated Transition Assistance Program (TAP) documentation
- Collecting, inputting, inventorying, maintaining, and tracking all required program forms
- Reviewing workshop attendance registrations in coordination with the TAP Manager
- Creating and disseminating participant communications for data collection and registration
- Responding to participant inquiries within two business days in accordance with service performance thresholds
- Inputting, monitoring, and updating participant data in Air Force Family Integrated Reporting and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST), Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program (DoDTAP), Time TAP, and Virtual Out-Processing systems
- Identifying at-risk participants and coordinating timely completion of mandated TAP steps
- Maintaining professional, respectful communication with government staff, participants, and leadership
- Applying Microsoft Office 365 applications to support data entry, reporting, and communication
- Troubleshooting common issues in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Ensuring compliance with Air Force records management policies and privacy directives
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) schedule
