Summary / Objective
KMS Solutions, LLC has an immediate need for an experienced recruiting professional. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years recruiting experience with at least three years of experience proactively sourcing candidates for niche positions and backgrounds. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruiting and interview process coordinating with both internal and external customers to maintain an efficient process. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization and counsel hiring managers on best practices, strategies and regulations.
Essential Functions
- Run full-cycle recruiting process, with heavy emphasis on sourcing / prospecting of candidates, while providing an excellent candidate and hiring team experience.
- Leverage multiple & creative sourcing strategies, tools, and channels including your external network, job boards, talent pools and internal referrals to provide a funnel of high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborates with department and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, develop new recruitment strategies and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions to attract the best talent.
- Reviews and screens applications to job postings, proactively recruits potential candidates to insure an adequate candidate pool.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
The typical workday is eight hours in length. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, with concurrence from the supervisor. Must be available during the core work hours as determined by your contract / location and must account for the hours in a pay period to maintain Full-time status.
Remote / Telework :
This position may work fully remote, but will be required to work in office on occasion to attend special meetings, trainings, tradeshows, etc. (less than 10%).
Travel :
Up to 10% travel may be required [CONUS / OCONUS].
