Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, experienced accounting processor to join our growing company. You will be responsible for various duties including accounts payable, sales invoicing and cash application, and the review of production labor hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assigning appropriate account codes and process payables invoices
• Assist in resolving payable related issues
• Process vendor payments
• Function as backup for sales invoicing and cash applications
• Function as backup for review of production labor hours

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

• Strong ability to effectively communicate with vendors, management, and other clients, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to process large amount of information effectively
• Ability to work on several tasks concurrently
• High level computer knowledge and use of Excel
• Self-reliance, with the ability to work comfortably in a team environment
• Possess basic accounting and mathematical skills
• Possess High School diploma, with at least two years accounts payable, invoicing, or general accounting experience

Drug screen and Physical Capacity Profile test is required. Safety and attendance are a priority.

Wage is commensurate with experience. Performance based wage reviews bi-yearly

Supplemental Pay:
