Summary:
Our drivers are crucial to our daily operations, conducting daily runs between the three KMW plant facilities to guarantee accurate and timely product and part deliveries. We furnish a 52’ semi van body trailer for their use.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily truck pre-inspection.
- Help coordinate daily deliveries.
- Make daily runs of trailers containing various products and parts between three KMW plants.
- Rotate trailers at plant facilities.
- Complete daily inspection reports.
- Performs basic truck maintenance.
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be safety minded in all aspects of this job.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Wage is commensurate with experience.
- Performance based wage reviews bi-yearly.
Supplemental Pay:
- Incentive bonus plan based on sales and attendance.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Driving experience: minimum 5 years (Required)
- Ability to haul a 52’ trailer.
- Valid Class A CDL (Required)
- Valid DOT physical/medical card (Required)
- Must be able to pass a skilled test (driving test) and all DOT pre-employment requirements.
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must know how to maintain a legal and accurate logbook.
- Ensure compliance with legal weight limits, and regulations for certain roads/bridges.
