What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for elevating the company's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. The specialist will build, execute, manage and optimize all paid search, paid social media, affiliate, remarketing and other paid display and video ads. The incumbent will specialize in the digital advertising space but have deep experience with search marketing, and should be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, team environment. General direction is received from the Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities
Define and execute media solutions to drive awareness, growth, website traffic, unique visitors, and new members to Alliant propertiesPlan, build, execute, manage and optimize all paid media marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) and ROIDrive strategy & execution, reporting & optimization for our top of funnel and mid funnel paid channelsExpand B2C paid search program at Alliant for brand, deposit products, lending products and mobile appDrive consumers / member acquisition and opening of new products via adsConduct keyword research for paid search campaigns as well as SEO effortsDevelop and implement full-funnel paid media planDevelop and implement A / B test plans for paid media ad copy and associated landing pagesWork with creative services team to craft paid search marketing ad copy, landing page copy and website copyBuild targeting strategies and custom audiences within Google Ads, Facebook and similar platforms; continue to refine audiences based on performancePlan, build and execute remarketing campaignsAnalyze trends and report on results and opportunitiesWork with internal teams in marketing, business intelligence, product and technology to ensure performance is accurately trackedAct as project manager on all advertising projectsManage, track and optimize advertising budget to decrease CPA while also increasing reachParticipate in marketing strategy meetingsMake bid adjustments and forecast budget and resultsMaintain knowledge of best practices in paid media, act as subject matter expert for all things related to digital advertisingParticipate on cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assignedDevelop advertising plans for B2B partner acquisitionOther duties as assignedAdhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintain integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.
Qualifications
Required
You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of training & experience, required, and you have
3 years experience with paid media marketing, with a strong focus on search marketingGoogle Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Apps, and Google Ads Measurement Certifications highly desiredSuccessful track record of planning, building, managing and optimizing paid search marketing campaignsDeep knowledge of the paid search and paid social spaceDeep understanding of keyword strategy, both paid and organicWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tableau, SEO platforms, website content management systems, Tableau, and various ad buying platformsProven track record of solving problems with a teamExperience forecasting and managing advertising budgetsComfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organizationProven track record of planning and implementing SEO updatesAnalytical thinker who can pivot based on metrics and performance, and report on performance of campaigns
