What You Will Get to Do:
Work collaboratively with the Engineering team by assisting with a variety of manufacturing processes including:
- Identifying and implementing new and innovative manufacturing processes
- Resolving process-related inefficiencies and championing process improvement project
- Troubleshooting of a product and perform root-cause analysis
- Analysis of statistical process analysis on new and existing products
- Providing process engineering and support of existing processes
- Performing assignments that have moderately complex objectives and require the investigation of multiple variables
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least two (2) years of completed college/university study and a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar modeling software
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and general understanding of engineering drawings and ability to interpret them
- Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
