- Demonstrate competency and willingness to operate multiple areas
- Responsible for achieving rate and meeting targets
- Load, hand, position, unload, and manipulate parts
- Conduct changeovers and setups as a team
- Perform all shop order functions, packing instructions and labeling requirements
- Responds to machine faults and downtime, and accurately track on data collection sheets
- Responsible for training Operator I’s and transfers
- Participate in Kaizen events, problem solving teams and improvement projects as available
- Perform all quality functions and checks as required
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Inspect parts and machinery for errors
- Use of all provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required for example, hearing protection, safety glasses and safety toe shoes
- Other duties as assigned
- Work Experience: 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
- Education: Basic reading, writing and math skills.
- Computer Skills: Ability to learn and make transactions in an ERP system like Oracle
- Organization Skills: Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment
- Communication Skills: Speak, read, write, and understand basic English
