What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Knapheide Truck Equipment?
Knapheide Truck Equipment Center (KTEC) in Midland, NC is looking to hire a full-time Team Leader to delegate, coordinate, and execute the production of custom-built work truck bodies and equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; overtime as needed or required.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members
- Ensure best practices are being followed throughout the facility
- Conduct regular safety talks
- Report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act of recommendations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Work directly with the sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status
Experience you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of industry related experience
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
