What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Equipment Painter position at Knapheide Truck Equipment?
Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Moncks Corner, SC is looking to hire a full-time Painter to complete quality vehicle surface preparation on work truck bodies and equipment prior to painting. This position works Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; additional overtime as needed or required.

What you'll be doing:
- Paint single-stage, metallic, and base/clear finishes on a variety of truck utility bodies, platforms, dump trucks, and chassis
- Repair body damage, sand, and verify equipment has been properly prepped prior to painting
Experience you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Previous industrial/automotive paint and body repair experience; preferred 2 years
