Knapheide Truck Equipment Company in Wentzville, MO is looking to hire a Working Lead to direct, manage, and assist employees in the Paint/Prep department, ensuring job standards are met. This position works Monday-Friday from 6:00am-3:30pm.

What you'll be doing:
- Assist installers as required with questions to reduce delays.
- Train new employees.
- Conduct pre-audit inspection on all vehicles during the installation process.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure best practices are consistently followed throughout the shop.
Experience you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
- Strong mechanical background
- Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry preferred
