Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related area
- 5 years experience in management or leadership of people and/or processes
- 5 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective production and distribution is preferred
- Previous project management experience preferred
