Night FOH Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Night Shift Front of House Manager (internally called a Front of House Lead) to join our dynamic team at Burs. In this role, you will be essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient operations within the front of house. Your leadership will help uphold our commitment to exceptional service and community engagement. The shifts are currently Thursday - Monday, but could be negotiable. Each shift is 1 pm - 9 pm. This position is paid $19 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Help train staff and provide regular feedback to improve performance
• Help elevate sales by coaching staff to increase tickets sales with intentional recommendations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Excellent communication with GM about staff, customer and operational updates to ensure smooth handoffs and direction

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry (preferably 1 years in a dull service restaurant)
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, ideally) and restaurant management software is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
