WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Total Rewards Specialist performs a range of duties in the areas of compensation and benefits. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ compensation, rewards, incentives, and other applicable benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Own the strategic development and day-to-day management of Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness programs.
- Develop, update and own the company’s Total Rewards Philosophy.
- Propose updates to the compensation & benefits philosophy based on market benchmarks and best practices, especially with competitors.
- Research and develop benchmarks for compensation, incentive, benefits and wellness programs.
- Manage the annual Compensation Planning and Review process, including short and long-term incentive and profit-sharing programs.
- Control and update Salary Structure and advise HRBPs and management on compensation for new positions.
- Oversee and update Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness Software.
- Develop and Administer all Benefits programs.
- Suggest, develop, and roll out new Benefits Initiatives and Programs.
- Manage Benefits Annual enrollments.
- Develop and Manage Wellness initiatives.
- Handle Compensation and Benefit issues and inquiries, efficiently assisting employees and management needs.
- Perform project work and other duties as assigned by the VP HR.
