You will protect the time and priorities of the Managing Partners while serving as the internal heartbeat of the organization. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Execution
- Translate the vision of senior leadership into actionable and measurable strategies.
- Set priorities and drive the execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring the company achieves its operational and financial goals.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, identifying and acting on opportunities for growth and scalability.
2. Operational Excellence and Scalability
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
- Develop and implement scalable systems to support business expansion, safeguarding operational efficiency and compliance.
- Set the bar for operational performance, driving excellence across all departments.
3. Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Leverage metrics and data analysis to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of data-driven accountability within the organization.
4. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 individuals across multiple functions.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Align team growth with company objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and talent utilization.
5. Cultural Stewardship
- Embody and promote company values, fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace.
- Develop and uphold policies that reinforce company culture while supporting organizational goals.
6. Infrastructure and Resource Management
- Ensure robust systems are in place for legal, HR, and financial processes to support a $5M revenue company.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and efficiency.
- Implement operational frameworks that prepare the company for continued growth.
7. Client and Public-Facing Leadership
- Represent the company in public forums, including podcasts, webinars, and industry events.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company’s mission and values, building relationships to enhance visibility and influence.
8. Crisis Management and Problem Solving
- Take a proactive and confident approach to crisis management, guiding the team through challenges with composure and clarity.
- Anticipate potential disruptions and implement measures to minimize risk and maintain business continuity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations, VP of Ops, or equivalent role in a company generating $5M in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated success leading and managing teams of 10 individuals across multiple departments.
- Strong track record of driving operational improvements, optimizing resources, and scaling businesses.
- Strong track record of RevOps and ongoing sales cycle management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across areas such as HR, client services, and sales.
Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: Range $110,000 - $145,000 per year
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 20%–30% of base salary, based on achieving specific KPIs and operational goals.
Retirement Plan – 401(k) Match:
- 100% match on contributions up to 3% of the employee's annual salary.
- 50% match on contributions for the next 2% of salary, covering contributions from 4% to 5%.
