- Experience scaling a digital agency through rapid growth, expanding service lines, and optimizing operations. Must have worked in a high-growth environment (example: scaling from $1M to $5M or more in under 2 years) while maintaining efficiency and team performance.
- Candidates must have technical expertise, a strong grasp of agency workflows, and fluency in industry terminology. Understanding processes, team structures, and operational challenges in a high-growth digital agency is essential.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, intuitive problem-solver who anticipates challenges, identifies potential issues before they arise, and takes decisive action to ensure seamless operations.
- Success leading teams of 10-20 people across multiple departments in a remote environment. Must be deeply passionate about leadership, with a track record of building a strong culture, influencing, motivating, and inspiring teams to perform at their highest level.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: Range $110,000 - $145,000 per year
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 20%–30% of base salary, based on achieving specific KPIs and operational goals.
