Pay Rate:
$21.90/hour
Shift Premium: $.95/hour
Perfect Attendance Bonus: $.75/hour

Responsibilities
- Observe and demonstrate Knauf’s safety principles at all times.
- Start machine and observe operation to detect malfunctions of machine.
- Stop machine and report any malfunctions to a Supervisor.
- Make minor adjustments or repairs such as re-thread banding, clears away damaged products.
- Inspect fiberglass insulation to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications. Advise Cold End Coordinator and Shift Manager of any problems.
- Feed product to various packaging equipment while maintaining maximum productivity and maximum quality.
- Replenish packaging supplies such as over-wrap paper, bags, film glue, ink or labels while maintaining a clean, neat and orderly workspace.
- Mount supplies on spindles or places supplies in hopper or other feeding device.
- Count and positions fiberglass in machines and starts the cycle.
- Drives the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
- Instills an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year or more of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and industrial experience
