We are looking for a skilled Field Service IT Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of new services, tools, or standards in close collaboration with Regional and Central IT.
- Utilize the Service Management tools and processes (e.g. Incidents, Requests, and Change management).
- Guide the IT support activities at the plant(s) within a defined region.
- Assist in the management of local servers and networks.
- Assist with the administration and support of end-point devices incl deployments, lifecycle refreshes, asset management.
- Participate in major infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
- IT certifications helpful
