About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Field Service professional to join our team at Knauf Insulation North America.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of insulation products, dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
As a Regional IT Field Service professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, collaborating with both Regional and Central IT teams, and manufacturing sites.
About the Position
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT standards and license agreements, guaranteeing that our IT projects align with Knauf's benchmarks and objectives.
- Support Roll-out: Collaborate with Regional and Central IT to roll out new services, tools, or standards, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Service Management: Utilize Service Management tools and processes to manage incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring continuous operation and support.
- Training and Communication: Provide training on IT infrastructure services and tools, ensuring user awareness and knowledge sharing.
About You
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience, with a minimum of five years of IT experience in a similar environment, preferably in manufacturing.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven experience with MS Platforms (Exchange, Active Directory), knowledge of bandwidth monitoring, Net Flow, and SNMP, and ability to manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks.
