Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:- Observing machine operation to detect malfunctions
- Inspecting fiberglass insulation to ensure packaging meets specifications
- Advising the Cold End Coordinator and Shift Manager of any issues
- Feeding product to packaging equipment while maintaining productivity and quality
- Replenishing packaging supplies and maintaining a clean workspace
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum one year of related manufacturing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and industrial experience
