Knauf-Koenig Group is seeking a full-time project manager (Monday through Friday…8am – 4:30pm) to work in our Naples, FL office. As a Project Manager you will manage our Custom Residential Construction. You will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including Scheduling, Subcontractor Contracts, Estimating, Buy out, Close out, Permitting, Revisions and Change Orders....

· Experience working with building inspectors, homeowners and general contractors
· Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Other responsibilities of the Project Management role include:
· Negotiating contracts for subcontractors
· Qualifying and contacting subcontractors to bid specific trade items
· Setting date for subcontractors to submit bids
· Creating project budgets and budget adjustments
· Developing RFI’s and schedules
· Managing multiple projects
· Scheduling appointments to inspect job sites
· Inspecting sites by taking notes, videos, take-offs and photographs
· Read, comprehend and do material take-offs from architectural plans and shop drawings
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; regular email communication on project status, costs and issues with management and homeowner’s is a must
