We are looking for a strategic, business-minded Client Customer Executire to drive efficiency, maintain organizational systems, and ensure seamless communication across our workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic CRM Management:
- Leverage Jobber CRM or a similar platform to streamline client relationships and optimize business operations.
- Maintain and analyze data to identify patterns, enhance workflows, and support business decisions.
- Proactively recommend improvements to CRM usage and data management practices.
- Workflow Leadership:
- Manage and oversee workflow continuity by utilizing phone communication to provide timely updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor job progress, anticipate potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
- Act as a key coordinator to ensure all team members are aligned with current project goals.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Execute notarization duties (if applicable and certified) with precision.
- Maintain organized systems and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of business systems and ensure adherence to established protocols while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving:
- Serve as the operational hub between leadership, clients, and field teams, fostering clear communication and a shared understanding of objectives.
- Contribute to strategic discussions about improving processes, customer experience, and operational performance.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, business-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture while managing the details.
- Proven experience with Jobber CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
- A commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Notary certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
- Familiarity with workflow management and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental Pay:
