Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the overall integrity of the property. Must have knowledge of Tax Credit and be willing to travel from Walker to Port Allen.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and laws.
- Handle lease agreements and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Utilize property management software (, OneSite) for data entry, reporting, and tracking tenant information.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, contracts, and tenant communications.
Requirements.
