We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and that all leasing processes are efficiently managed. This role requires a strong understanding of property management practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulations.
Duties
- Manage property leasing activities, including marketing available units and conducting showings.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with effective conflict management techniques.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure that properties are maintained to high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities using property management software such as OneSite.
