We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. They will be responsible for leading large programs as well as interface with all parts of our organization, in addition to customers and subcontractors.
Overall management and administration of assigned programs. This includes ensuring on-time delivery, budgets are met, building customer relationships and all contractual matters through Project Launch, Process Qualification, Testing, and Production.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading responses to RFPs, and RFIs include reviewing and coordinating the review of SOWs, Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), quality clauses, etc. to ensure a complete and accurate response.
- Working with assigned Program Planners and other team members to plan, schedule, hold meetings, and oversee program activities and monitor program status.
- Working with engineering to monitor progress on design, testing, process development, etc.
- Working with quality management to monitor progress on program preparations such as inspection process development, measuring device programming, etc.
- Actively maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Monitoring customer provided data and metrics related to schedule, quality, and cost performance.
- Preparing, coordinating, and overseeing the preparation of customer required program reporting, documents, reviews, meetings, etc.
- Monitoring and managing program related communications and correspondence.
- Ensuring adherence to customer specific requirements.
- Preparing and conducting program presentations for customers, government personnel, etc.
- Initiating and monitoring export compliance actions where required.
Educational Background
- BS business, engineering or related field required
- BS engineering or related science field a plus.
- Program Management Certification a plus.
- Other Advanced degree or Certifications a plus
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an industry entrenched in adherence to specifications, regulations, qualifications, certifications…etc. (e.g. defense, nuclear, aerospace, automotive, medical device manufacturing or similar industry) required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in program management required.
- Engineering experience a plus.
- Production control, inventory management, and cost accounting principles exposure/experience a plus.
- Experience with business agreements such Teaming Agreements and Non-disclosure Agreements a plus
Proficiencies
- Working knowledge of program management tools required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs) required.
- Functional proficiency reading and interpreting Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) required.
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to solve problems, work independently required.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, simulation, and simulation-based training a plus.
Citizenship: US citizenship or “Green Card” required.
