What your day looks like:
- Engaging and educating passengers in the Detroit Metro Airport (beyond security) providing excellent customer service
- Sharing your knowledge of credit card products and services while building brand loyalty
- Use sales tactics to inspire passengers to acquire a new credit card or upgrade based on their needs and benefits preferred
- Answering any customer questions and concerns
- Ensuring accurate processing of credit card orders
- Meeting and exceeding set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
