About the Role
They are expanding assays to cover a multitude of ailments / disorders and as a result are looking to add a Scientist to contribute to these efforts.
Duties include :
- Perform under minimal supervision research experiments for projects and products in development on company’s proprietary technology.
- Perform assay optimization, troubleshooting, and transfer of technology to manufacturing and QC.
- Exercise extensive experience to independently design and execute complex experiments.
- Contact commercial vendors for sourcing and supplying of specific assay reagents and samples.
- Analyze and interpret large amounts of instrument data.
- Experience with Immunoassays, molecular assays, etc.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and present findings at internal meetings.
- Act as a source of technical knowledge in a variety of field concepts and procedures.
- Keep detailed lab notebook.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, quality systems, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in the development of Assays.
