Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for Head Chef, Sous Chef, Line & Prep Cooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and management, with experience in fine dining and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative menus that reflect current food trends while meeting dietary needs.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock without excess waste.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Assist in managing the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling practices, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Experience in food management and inventory management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
