What You'll Do

This role requires a deep understanding of Epicor systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Lead the planning and execution of the Epicor Kinetic Customer Relationship Management module.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Epicor ERP system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through the use of Epicor Kinetic functionalities. Define the scope of new solutions and programming new Epicor Kinetic application solutions such as BPM, BAQ, Dashboard, Crystal Report writing.
• Create and modify SSRS reports and forms for Epicor Kinetic. 
• Provide ongoing user support; create workflow changes and process improvements in Epicor Kinetic.
• Utilize Epicor technical support to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs when needed.
• Follow up with customers and/or employees to ensure queries have been resolved timely.
• Create SOPs for Epicor Kinetic processes and train employees on those processes.
• Work closely with finance, operations, manufacturing. engineering and sales to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of business processes.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry working as an ERP specialist/consultant.
• Subject Matter Expert with Epicor Kinetic ERP and proficient in C# programming.
• Must be versatile and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be task oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong desire to meet or exceed customer expectations with sense of urgency.

Must be able to pass pre-employment checks including a Drug Screen and Criminal Background.
