Electrical Commercial Project Foreman (Texas and Southeast United States)
**You can live / be based in any city in Texas or the Southeast United States. You will travel to the job site each week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of electrical scope across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel
- Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
- Coordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations
- Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines
- Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents
- Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
- Consistently completes projects on schedule and within budget
Minimum Requirements:
- At least six (6) years experience in the electrical industry
- Must have ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians)
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
