SUMMARY
The Floorcare Technician will provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floor surfaces are maintained in a manner that supports the customer’s expectation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation and training of team members in the proper use of machines and chemicals
Successfully maintain hard surface and carpeted flooring throughout worksite on an ongoing basis.
Cleaning, buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing of VCT and other hard surface flooring
Cleaning carpeted surfaces with Extractors and/or Bonnet Machines
Scheduling, testing and evaluating members of work crew.
