Assist Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) in the technical analysis, coding development, and technical project management support required to continue development and upgrading of the JKO Learning Content Management System (LCMS) software.
Applicant must possess an in-depth knowledge of Department of Defense Information Assurance (IA) requirements; Zero-Trust infrastructure, RHEL UNIX, ORACLE and PostgreSQL database management; Systems Analysis, Integration and Administration; LCMS technical development, and material management. Familiarity with the Deputy Director J7 Joint Training (DD J7 JT) technical infrastructure and the technical business processes used within the facility would provide a competitive advantage for this position.
Deliverables are :
- Assist the lead with project management planning that includes timelines and milestones.
- Maintenance and use of a configuration management program for the JKO LCMS code base.
- Documentation of LCMS software, database configuration, and related software configurations.
- Error-free LCMS software. It is understood that environmental factors may influence software performance and may be beyond the control of the software developer. Intent is for the software to operate as specified and without error. The process for improving LCMS software is anticipated to be a continuous, iterative, action.
- IA Retina Scans and IA accreditation packages.
