We are hiring a Project Lead!
We are a small business looking for a project lead with industrial coatings experience.
The perfect candidate will have experience in industrial coatings, managing people and projects, time management, mechanically minded, and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Travel is also a requirement but limited to Oklahoma and North Texas (DFW area) and almost never over the weekend. We also have applications that we do in our shop in Bethany, OK. Travel is done in company owned vehicles and hotel and food are arranged and paid for by the company when out of town.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing application crews, maintaining a safe workplace, overseeing quality control, helping to evaluate job applications, give input on job application improvement, deal with customers and consultants, and continue to improve processes to be better and improve profitability and/or productivity, which could result in bonuses.
Pay level is determined upon relevant experience.
This job requires a valid driver’s license in good standing, the passing of a background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors), and safety sensitive drug testing (pre-employment and random).
About us: We are an industrial contracting company with projects that are comprised mostly of epoxy coatings, epoxy metal and concrete repairs, protective and safety coatings, and many others. We do work on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, facilities maintenance, tanks, etc. Our customer base includes manufacturing and commercial facilities, water treatment and chemical plants, airports, schools, pulp and paper plants, power plants, etc.
