Description
Position is Accountable For:
- Developing Estimating costs, and upload to Estimating System
- Data Collection
- Data Analysis and Utilization
- Bid Review
- Supporting the Business Development and Project Controls department.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to make decisions based off od KIS Values

- Time management skills
- Analyze plan documents and other data to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work
- Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overhead and profit, and presenting a final price
- Assist with bid closeout and final proposal preparations
- Assist with writing technical proposals
- Preferred to have at least five years in at least one area of: Scaffolding, Coatings, Lining, Insulation, Fireproofing
