Pay Range: $55,000- $65,000 Per Year. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to handle simple claims and assist in managing more complex cases. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in claims adjusting who is eager to grow and learn from a collaborative team.
What you'll do as a Claims Adjuster?
- Process and manage straightforward private passenger auto insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Assist the Supervisor Adjuster with complex claims, subrogation, and salvage as needed.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the claims department.
Experience and Qualifications
What we look for in our Claims Adjuster?
- 1–3 years of experience in private passenger auto insurance claims adjusting.
- Knowledge of California auto insurance regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office.
