Description
Sales Director identifies and develops new business opportunities for fluoropolymer and dual laminate systems. This individual will work closely with KMT Sales Managers, represent our company at domestic and international industry events, and leverage their technical expertise to deliver consultative sales to customers and engineering firms.
Responsibilities:
Drives business growth by developing and executing strategies to increase sales of fluoropolymer and dual laminate systems.
Identifies, targets, and builds relationships with engineering firms, end-users, and key industry stakeholders.
Serves as a technical advisor, using industry knowledge to educate customers and prospects on the applications and benefits of lined steel, dual laminate, and corrosion-resistant lining solutions.
Represents the company at events with industry organizations such as ASME RTP1, SEMI, the Sulfuric Acid Roundtable, the Materials Technology Institute, and the Chlorine Institute.
Networks with industry leaders to enhance brand visibility, build partnerships, and stay informed on emerging industry trends.
Maintains expert-level knowledge of our fluoropolymer lining systems and their applications, including lined steel, dual laminate systems, and corrosion-resistant membranes under insulated ceramic lining systems.
Conducts presentations and demonstrations to provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their technical and financial requirements.
Demonstrates leadership potential by taking initiative in both individual and team projects.
Shows a commitment to personal and professional growth, with the potential to step into future management roles within our international organization.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and technical solutions with fluoropolymer and/or dual laminate lining systems.
Application knowledge of lined steel, dual laminate, and insulation systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Experience visiting Chemical Processing accounts in the US Gulf Coast region is preferred.
