We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of Warehouse Clerk. Candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and a willingness to adapt and learn.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Clerk will:
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to stock or job.
- Read job orders, work orders, to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped to jobsite.
- Processes incoming material and job orders
- Pull required material for processing to job.
- Sort and place parts on shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, item code.
- Assemble Job orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area for shipment to jobsite.
- Record or scan quantities of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
- Cross-checking items against physical and/or digital counts
- Checking items for quality and quantity issues
- Maintaining item traceability
- Handling inventory control of materials
- Ensuring proper movement of items on the shop floor
- Monitoring incoming and outbound material
- Using a forklift, machinery as necessary
- Act in a manner that results in collaboration, teamwork, and respect toward all internal and external contacts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
