• eas.Issues purchase orders and purchases parts for terminal at the best possible price and value; negotiates parts and material prices with vend
• ors.Stocks, issues, processes and inputs data related to POs and invoi
• ces.Ensures repair orders are complete and accurate (inside and outsi
• de).Maintains maintenance shop records, tire count and department statistics; maintains files for invoices and contra
• cts.Handles department shipping and receiv
• ing.Handles OS&D delivered to outside terminal locati
• ons.Maintains warranty parts, manages shipping and sc
• rap.Maintains proper core storage and retu
• rns.Responsible for part returns and managing obsolete pa
