Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide support to the real estate team. Maintain accurate records to support reporting as well as the property database. Assist Real Estate Managers with Leased and Owned property assets and transitions.

• Maintain real estate documents and enter data into database.
• Maintain files for all legal documents such as leases, subleases, estoppels certificates, termination agreements and other related legal documents.
• Create reports as needed.
• Create and assign work orders to vendors.
• Collect rent and other property fees along with monitoring and reconciling tenant accounts.
• Track status on all work orders related to properties owned or leased by KNX.
• Reconcile, track, and request payment of monthly rents, additional rents, and property related expenses for all Company leased properties.
• Manage all incoming mail to real estate department.
• Provide support to the real estate due diligence process.
• Provide support for brokerage activities such as leasing or marketing activities for managed properties or other listing activity.
• Assist with the development of budgets.
• Track vendor payments and ensure correct coding is applied.
• Assist in developing scope of work documents for contractors and/or consulting services needed to maintain properties.
• As needed, conduct regular inspections of leased properties to ensure all all local, state and federal code and regulations are met.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 2 years related experience required.
• Previous project management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively prioritize workload.
• Must possess basic analytical skills.
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
  
  

Pay Range: $21.51 - $28.96 Hourly
