We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team at Knighted. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will play a critical role in Knighted's strategic growth by identifying, assessing, and hiring top talent. You’ll ensure the seamless execution of recruitment processes and collaborate closely with hiring managers, program leads, and other teams to meet organizational goals.
Position: Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruiter)
Location: Newark, Los Angeles or Sacramento CA
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite.
Compensation: Starting at $25/hour Quarterly performance-based bonuses.
\n- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Actively manage a high volume of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate flow and communication.
- Organize and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve outcomes and refine processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance recruitment efforts and address bottlenecks.
- Act as a liaison with various departments, including senior leadership, to support organizational goals.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficient in using ATS software and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Autonomous and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Basic understanding of California and Federal hiring regulations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice.
- Comfortable commuting to one of our offices 5-days a week.
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a related industry.
- At least 1 year of experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
