- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to standard and meet guest expectations.
- Assist in managing bar operations, including bartending duties when necessary, to provide excellent service during peak times.
