The Senior Editor for Hispanic Audiences will lead the Order’s communication efforts for Spanish and English-speaking Hispanic audiences. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Order’s communication efforts to achieve the Somos Caballeros initiative goal by producing engaging and inculturated messaging that meets the spiritual and cultural needs of Hispanic Catholic men and their families.
- Work closely with Communications leaders, the Hispanic Task Force leadership, and other staff members to define requirements, develop strategy, and publish timely, excellent, and effective content.
- Draft, edit, manage, and publish content for the Order’s communication channels, primarily in Spanish, but also in English for Hispanic audiences.
- Oversee revisions and editing of content to ensure organizational and Spanish language publishing standards are met.
- Establish effective communication channels with both internal and external resources; attend key team and client meetings as required.
- Promote and foster a strong team culture and open, transparent communication with collaborators.
- Perform related duties as required.

The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to : skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,600-115,000.
