- Creating and testing recipes: Develop seasonal desserts tailored to the restaurant's concept incoordination with their menu. Strong knowledge of current food trends with a focus on using seasonal ingredients
- Creating desserts: Using tools to make elaborate desserts for production, food cost controls, menu development and presentation
- Baking: Baking bread and other baked goods
- Hiring, training, and supervising: Managing lower-level pastry chefs and restaurant kitchen staff at the locations to execute the recipes to your vision
- Ordering supplies: Ensuring the kitchen has the necessary ingredients and supplies to execute their creations
- Maintaining equipment: Keeping kitchen equipment in good working order

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
