Floor management experience and enthusiasm for Food and Beverage a must! The ideal candidate should be energetic on the floor and have a strong service background. Must be able to run the floor with enthusiasm! Training and mentoring service staff, closing the restaurant, and checking on tables are just some of the daily responsibilities. Candidate should have above average wine knowledge. Position requires 50-55 hours a week.
