Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality meals while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food service and contribute to our commitment to food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals served.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.
• Support catering events as needed, contributing to menu planning and execution.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• A passion for cooking and the food industry will help you thrive in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
