Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall dining experience and contributing to the vibrant environment of our establishment. This position is for 21 plus only.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Upsell food/drink specials and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Stay informed about new menu items, cocktails, and trends in the food & beverage industry.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- A background in hospitality or food preparation is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.94 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
