This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Fort Mill, SC. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing field services. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the upkeep of the property to meet residents’ expectations.
