We are a team that provides commercial security solution so that our customers can focus on operating their businesses with peace of mind.
We are looking for business development and sales professionals to join our team and help us increase our presence locally. The right person for this role will be a self-starter, who is process oriented, and goal driven. This role is relationship driven and success will be proportional to the salesperson's ability to interact with business decision makers, general contractors, and electrical contractors. Finally, is your ability to listen and communicate with your internal team members, customers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
Job description Summary for Business Development/ Outside Sales Professional
Your primary role is to build a pool of relationships that will drive future business. We track all this through our sales CRM, Pipedrive
1. Each salesperson is responsible for developing their own book of business and lead pipeline. This book can be divided into two major categories:
- Referral partners - These are people who know, like, trust you, and are willing to refer you to decision makers who have a need for the services of Knine.
- Decision makers - These range from business owners, building owners, property managers, to senior leadership.
- We provide you tools like Zoom info and a marketing budget to develop these relationships
2. Secondly, your role will be to follow our sales process:
a. identifying local opportunities to sell our services (One door/camera solution).
b. Generating a request for quote with all necessary information
c. Working with internal sales engineer to develop a quote and simple presentation
i. Ensure the costs are correct
ii. Ensure quote is correctly entered in Knowify
d. Presenting solutions to customer and overcoming objections
e. Following up with prospective customers to ensure timely signing of contract through Pipedrive
3. Third, KNine All Systems has internally generated leads or house accounts. These leads are handed down from our senior leadership. Your role with these leads will be to follow the sales process to ensure timely service to customers and sign contracts. The internal leads or house accounts are a privilege and should not be assumed. They will be given out based on overall performance metrics being met.
For your efforts and success our compensation plan is as follows:
1. Base salary of 45k-60k based on demonstrated business development performance.

This position is full time and fully on premise. The role will require some travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to be eligible for this position.

Requirements include 2 years of Sales Experience and 2 Years of Commercial Security Experience.
