As a Keyholder, you'll play a crucial role in driving store sales and achieving business results. You'll motivate and communicate with your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a selling Store environment that showcases our products.
You'll also assist leadership in executing merchandise and marketing promotions, support maintaining brand standards, and perform operational tasks efficiently.
In addition, you'll provide excellent customer service, sell directly to customers, and coach associates to create enjoyable shopping experiences.
We're looking for someone with proven sales results, strong communication skills, and 1-3 years of specialty retail experience. Prior sales leadership experience is preferred, but not required.

- Drive to achieve Store Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment
- Sell directly to customers
- Assist leadership in executing merchandise and marketing promotions
- Maintain brand standards
- Perform operational tasks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Couch associates to create enjoyable shopping experiences
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat, and bend for up to 4 hours or longer as necessary
- Ability to use common tools
- Able to operate computerized register system
- Must be able to meet store banking requirements and respond to store alarm problems, as needed
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to climb an 8-foot ladder
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver sales results
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 1-3 years of specialty retail experience
- Prior sales leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
